Guatemala City, Guatemala – September 2025 – Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions, private real estate investment fund with a presence in nine Latin American countries, is pleased to announce the publication of its 2024 Sustainability Report, reaffirming its commitment to the sustainable development and long-term growth of the region.
The report highlights the progress in the implementation of Mobiliare's Sustainability Strategy, placing emphasis on the management approach, achievements and challenges associated with each of the most relevant Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics, which are articulated in three fundamental pillars: (1) Environmental: Designing a green future; (2) Social: Growing together with prosperity; and (3) Governance: Building foundations of trust.
Likewise, throughout the 2024 Sustainability Report, the initiatives that Mobiliare has put into practice are reflected with the purpose of generating a positive impact on its main stakeholders: customers, collaborators, suppliers and communities. One of the central axes during 2024 was the development and continuous implementation of the Sustainability Management System, designed to execute the Sustainability Strategy in a standardized manner. This system formalizes existing best practices and incorporates new ways of working that ensure compliance with established objectives. For Mobiliare, investing in this management structure is essential to align operations throughout its portfolio and guarantee compliance with each commitment made to investors and clients.
"At Mobiliare we believe in the transformative power of sustainable real estate development. Our purpose is to build spaces that generate value, while contributing to the well-being of communities and caring for the environment in each country where we operate," said Guillermo Montano, founder and CEO of Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions.
Since 2024, Mobiliare has promoted sustainable initiatives aimed at strengthening operations and optimizing the efficiency of the properties that make up its portfolio. These actions include obtaining sustainable construction certifications, such as EDGE, LEED® and Fitwel®, to date. EDGE and LEED standards® promote sustainable construction practices and energy efficiency, contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact of buildings. For its part, Fitwel® offers design and operation guidelines aimed at the well-being of those who occupy the properties. Additionally, Mobiliare focused on strengthening the Sustainability Committee and the relationship mechanisms with stakeholders, which contribute to comprehensive and responsible management.
"We are proud to share the progress we have made in terms of sustainability. The 2024 Sustainability Report presents in detail the material issues addressed, the actions implemented throughout the year and the initiatives that continue to be underway for 2025, reaffirming our commitment to long-term responsible development," said Pablo Vila, Vice President of Sustainability at Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions.
The 2024 Sustainability Report was prepared taking as reference the GRI Standards and Mobiliare's vision of continuing to strengthen its leadership in the region, through responsible, transparent practices aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
